• Learning data: exam results, practice history and progress reports.
• Payments: package, amount and transaction ID. We do not store card numbers or PINs.
• Sohay AI chats: your questions, photos, voice and chat history.
• Device: device type, app version, IP address and crash reports.

We do not collect your contact list, SMS or GPS location.

• To run your account, login and our services.
• To create personalized exams, model tests and suggestions for you using your own practice and exam data.
• To send support messages, updates and (if you choose) offers.
• We do not sell your personal information.

How personalized exams are created: The app identifies your weak topics from your answers and builds exams with more questions from those topics. This is automatic and only for your studies; no decisions about your account or payments are made based on it.

Other users can see your name and rank on the leaderboard.

Sohay AI uses a third-party AI service to generate answers to your questions.

Nothing is sent without your permission. The app asks for your permission before first use. If you decline, all other features still work.

This data is used only to generate answers, not to train AI models. Your chat history is stored on our servers and is deleted when you delete the chat or your account. You can withdraw permission at any time in the app settings.

Please do not share phone numbers, addresses or passwords in chats.

Our website uses cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), which you can turn off in your browser settings. Beyond this, information may be shared only under a valid legal order.

All permissions are optional and can be turned off in your phone's Settings.

• All data is stored on encrypted servers, and only authorized team members have access.
• All data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion; payment records are kept as required by law.

Smart Sohay is for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 should use the app with a parent's or guardian's consent.
